Portfolio Acquisitions is about buying real estate properties at a discount, five (5) units minimum, from different  developers. These properties are carefully researched and analyzed in terms of location, property value, rental potential, amenities, etc., by our managing directors.

The concept is to have a diversified multi-market portfolios in terms of location and property types. The main objective is to acquire these properties at pre-construction values, with a volume discount, and at completion to place them into the market for a profit.
